-Managed 5 clinics that service between 1k to 2k personnel. Leading a medical staff of between 10 to 50 personnel. -Responsible for primary healthcare, diagnosis, and treatment of an average of 200 patients per month. -maintained all clinics within the joint commission guidelines ensuring their accreditation for each facility.-global healthcare leader. Ensures service members are medically ready (physical exam, immunizations, labs, and medical equipment) for deployments into austere regions of the world. -public healthcare champion. Ensures preventative health measures are in place in remote austere regions of the world for deployed service members. Conducts water testing, heat stress monitoring, pest control inspection and application, food service management instructor (monitors food handling, food preparation, food temperature and holding). -Trains healthcare providers in: Basic life support, Advanced life support, TCCC(combat emergency medicine), public health(disease prevention, awareness of local diseases, stds and communicable disease), medical procedures(cryo-therapy, toe nail removal, I&D, IV therapy, blood draw and blood transfusion) and physical health exams.
