Started out as a caller for five semesters. During that time, I was a mentor for new callers, won multiple awards including Most Dedicated, Mentor of the Semester, and was nominated for Most Valuable Caller.Currently have raised just over $45,000 personally for Michigan State University.Was promoted to be a supervisor in Spring of 2019. As a supervisor, I manage a team of callers, listen into calls and give feedback, write reviews of my callers taking into account their statistics for a given period of time. I also work together with my fellow supervisors and production manager to ensure the room is operating efficiently.

Worked in the Commercial Products group in the Machine R&D division. Assisted the lead Electrical Engineer in day-to-day tasks, including testing machines, making wire diagrams, soldering connections, doing temperature tests, etc.Collaborated with my teammates, including having weekly meetings to address concerns and focuses for the upcoming week.
