  • Companycam
    Head Of Customer Acquisition
    Companycam Sep 2019 - Nov 2020
    Lincoln, Nebraska, Us
My team and I work directly between the creative and sales departments to create the perfect customer experience through the awareness, consideration (free trial) and decision stages (paying customer). CompanyCam focuses heavily on creating sales-centric digital marketing funnels that include paid advertising via the Facebook Ads and Google Ads suites, third party display networks, email, and direct mail - to name a few. The primary goal is to garner the attention of those in our verticals to quickly and cheaply turn them into qualified leads, then paying customers. We acquire leads at a significantly lower CAC than our LTV through constant testing, optimizing and scaling of campaigns, based on data-driven decisions. I work with the sales and product teams to ensure the customer experience pre-sign up is good enough to get them to sign up, then the experience post-sign up is so good they want to start paying. The goal is simple, keep the number of leads, conversion rates, and LTV high — and CAC and churn rate low. Oh, and that paid digital ads budget hasn't slowed down any.
