As the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kurraba Group, I’m driven to create world-leading innovation precincts centred around Life Sciences on a local scale. My work is informed by almost two-decades of experience in the Australian, Asia-Pacific and United Kingdom development and investment property sectors, and a strong background in institutional property including development management, valuations and the transaction management of large commercial, industrial and mixed-use urban regeneration projects.Kurraba Group aims to create precincts that foster the next frontier of Life Sciences in Australia, through innovative buildings and elevated tenant-driven experiences that empower the Life Science community. As a leading real estate investment and development firm offering an integrated end-to-end approach, Kurraba Group is led by an experienced team of property professionals that are passionate about Australia’s future. Prior to Kurraba Group, I was the Founder and Executive Director of Kippax Group, a boutique development and investment company, and also held development and investment roles at Lendlease, DEXUS and Savills. Projects I played a pivotal role in include the transaction and development of Euston Station, 20 Martin Place, Melbourne Connect, and RNA Brisbane, leading Lendlease’s pursuit of major development opportunities in innovation and technology precincts including the Central Station redevelopment and NSW Metro over station developments.
