I have worked in multiple customer relations positions. Customer satisfaction is a top priority. I took courses in data analytics, principles or marketing, data research, and marketing analytics. I volunteer at the Greater Lansing Area food bank. I go to Western Michigan University studying marketing where I have learned skills in data analytics, consumer behavior, computer functions, marketing research, negotiation, business communication, and organizational behavior.
