At Cole Nissan, our first priority was making sure the customer would leave the dealership satisfied with their dream car. I was regularly tasked with talking to customers both over the phone and in-person to try and uncover their needs and desires when it comes to finding their next vehicle. One of the largest objectives all car salesmen face is being judged as a scam artist before the customer even walks on the lot, I found ways of overcoming this by gaining the customer's trust and making sure they were comfortable throughout the entiriety buying process. Some of my accomplishments include:-Consistently achieving my monthly and quarterly sales quota in terms of both new and used vehicles sold.-Maintaining a high positive review rating on the customer's experience while at the dealership. -Consistently being a top performer within the dealership month over month.

While in college I worked at Best Buy in the home theater department, educating customers on the various benefits of the different types of technology we had for sale. Working at Best Buy while I was in school really helped me further my experience in customer service and allowed me to grow as a person early on.Accomplishments: - Consistently achieving Monthly and Quarterly quotas in terms of Revenue, Products sold and branded payment sign-ups. - Led the department in branded payment signups for four separate quarters while working part-time. (Q4 2014, Q3 2015, Q3 2016, Q4 2016)- Led department in total revenue in three separate quarters while working part-time. (Q3 2015, Q3 2016, Q4 2016)
