As a student nurse at Stark State College, with a graduation date of May 2024, I am emphatically committed to delivering exceptional patient care through my strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills. Currently I work on a cardiac medical surgical unit (unit 4200) at Cleveland Clinic Akron General where I am fortunate to be able to work with a wide variety of patients and conditions. I have a passion for all things cardiac and neuro with a piqued interest in critical care nursing practice. I frequently work shifts on other specialty units at Akron General such as 5100 (Urology/Gynecology), 8100 (Neuro/Cardiac/Stroke Unit) and the CVICU. Throughout my academic journey at Stark State College, I have built upon a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, while always striving to enhance my knowledge and skills to provide the highest level of care. I am dedicated to establishing trusting relationships with patients, their families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.In addition to my clinical experience I bring a background in team leadership and development to my nursing practice. I worked for European Wax Center for over 6 years where I worked as a salon manager and regional coach; establishing skills in effective time management and client de-escalation.
