- Quality control/Confirmation of field work sent in to office from field techs. Adding new routes for construction within each jurisdiction's different requirements and right of ways. - Drafting permits for construction of underground design routes for telecommunication services. (Autocad/Microstation). - Confirming OSP and ISP surveys to confirm/change potential routes for construction.- Creating and putting together project permit packages to go out for field work for surveying.- Creating construction and maintenance requests for clients using field work and information gathered through field work. - Easement research. - Utility mark-up requests for clients.- Using programs such as O-Calc or Commscope to determine tensions and retentions for poles. - Delegating work to other employees. (In office or to the field workers)- Working together with client project managers to finalize permitting, make/suggest changes and ultimately complete packages.- Quality control of other employee’s drawings, pole design, utility requests and any other work done for our client. - PlexEarth KMZ file creations.- Managing work coming in, delegating them out, maintaining spreadsheets and every other aspect of the utility requests coming in from other companies. ( ranges from 200-500 a month on average)
