A&R manager and DJ/radio show host at Tropical Velvet Records (unpaid side job).**Highlights at TV**- I helped label owner KORT form relationships with David Penn and Full Intention, resulting in me selecting a track from David's Urbana back catalogue to be remixed by Full Intention. The Full Intention remix of Join Us got to number 2 in the Overall Traxsource Chart and Number 1 on the House Chart and was the most successful release for Tropical Velvet to date.- Negiotiating deals with Dave Lee and Full Intention to DJ at sold out Tropical Velvet parties at McQueen, London. - Took over duties as Tropical Velvet radio show host from KORT on alternate occasions, and secured guest mixes for our shows from a number of my contacts including ATFC, Opolopo, Seamus Haji, Yam Who!/Qwestlife and Michael Gray.

As Experience Manager, I’m responsible for working closely with business units across the company (D2C and B2B) ensuring we deliver digital assets (application systems, site content, tools, calculators, etc) in line with digital best practice, our brand and user experience guidelines. Now as the product owner, I manage and optimise the content, and pull together a monthly dashboard to show how it attributes value to areas of our business. I also support business areas across the company with the delivery of new content on to the home page and promotional activity for campaigns.The other area of my role involves delivering and managing ongoing content in our life event-based content hub (www.legalandgeneral.com/live ) to support Brand campaign activity such as Money hangouts and the Rough Guides to Personal Finance, Nigel’s Blog and topical material to support our social strategy. I help to manage relationships with various agencies, working with them on site optimisation and attribution, promotion of content through delivery networks, and tag management and analytics.I’ve also recently been involved with building a business case for a new proposition, where I’ve designed the prototype to show we envisage customers coming to our site to research and apply for a new product.

Sole digital marketer within a seven-person team responsible for digital content supporting the Housing and Mortgages arm of L&G's adviser facing business, including their Mortgage Club website.Supported business relationships with 30 banks and building society lender partners (including Santander, Halifax, Nationwide) through the timely and efficient delivery of accurate product email promotions to a database of 7,500 mortgage advisers that sold L&G products. Our annual lender satisfaction survey scores increased from 70% to 90% in 2005, remaining above 90% through to 2010, with marketing and communications as the most-attributing improvement.Supported senior management with analytics to help demonstrate L&G’s attribution to the success of third-party lender/provider marketing campaigns.Established and managed relationships with technical experts within L&G to ensure prompt resolution of incidents such as site publishing issues, bug fixes, template errors etc., and minimise any down-time to the site or content management system.
