Acquire, manage, and coordinate projects related to the Food Service Equipment Industry starting with the bid process and coordinating until complete. We contract with local, state,andfederal governments and private food establishments, to supply, deliver, and install equipment. About 99% of the projects are acquired through bid processes, and about the same percentage is institutional vs. private projects. With the exception of disbursement of payments to suppliers, our office handles all aspects of the projects. The projects are located in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. My supervisor (President and Owner) is located in Delaware and operates a similar business.

Establish and administer national contracts/agreements for over 200 nursing centers and 65 hotels. Commodities – commercial food service, laundry equipment, laundry, dietary and housekeeping chemicals, appliances, MRO distributor contracts, manage utility consultant contracts, smallwares, supply contracts and more. Contracts in excess of $20 million.
