working on multiple Level crossing removals across Melbourne

While being employeed with CRMR I was the Grounds Manager for 3 lodges; Buffalo Mountain Lodge - Banff, Deer Lodge - Lake Louise and Emerald Lake Lodge - Emerald. My role was to oversee 4 employees to ensure that the grounds of the properties where kept up to the highest standards, in both the winter and summer months. As Manager my duties were to oversee and train new employees on snow/ice removal, fire wood chopping, tree and stump removal, irrigation installation, drainage installation, lawn mowing, planting, company vehicle and machinery maintenance, among many other duties.

Working for a local civil construction company my position as a plant operator was to safely operate various different types of heavy machinery which included but not limited to Excavators 2 tonne to 45 tonne, Graders, Loaders, Skid steers, Drilling Machines, Trucks, Vacuum Trucks. Our contract included the building of roads, pre cast drainage systems, concreting, cyclone fencing, environmental revegetation and much more.

Safe Operation of Excavators, Front end loaders, Skid steer loaders, Rollers, Compactors, Haul trucks, Water carts and elevated work platforms, my duties included excavating of trenches, pits, drainage, locating and exposing services, building stockpiles, loading trucks, conditioning material, backfill and the use of GPS. Excavator sizes range from 5 tonne to 45 tonne. Skidsteer operations included spreading, levelling, trimming, backfilling over multiple services, loading trucks and building bund walls.

Employed as an underground operator at Crocodile Gold's Cosmo Deeps gold mine. My duties ranged from operating UG trucks, loaders, forklifts to off-siding development and production drill rigs, off-siding the charge crew with the use of explosives.

Recruited as a Loader Operator and promoted to Mine Assistant and Serviceman in recognition of performance and contributions. Assisted Miner’s in all aspects of the underground mining operation including daily pre-start and shutdown checks on drill rigs.Serviceman: Installation of vent bags, concertinas and fans; as well as 2”/4” air, water and drain lines. Complete face preparations; hang 1000V power extension cables and install pumps.Jumbo Offsider: Assist Operators with the installation of various ground supports, resin bolts, split sets and lugs. Mark up and bore faces, change hydraulic hoses and complete general repairs.Truck Operator: Haul waste and ore to the surface, stockpile bays and tipping into passes using CAT AD45B, AD55B and AD55AB machinery.Loader Operator: Muck faces, tip into passes, load trucks, clean up mine and general maintenance using CAT 1700 and 2900 machinery. On the production side, muck stopes, run the transfer, push offs, position and remove stop logs, and undertook backfill training. Charging: As a Trainee, assisted Charger’s in loading explosives, charging development faces, hooking up detonation cords and PED systems, bombing rock bays, conducting pyrite safety level checks and also the installation and repair of ventilation bags.
