I started working in restaurants and in 1999 joined the casino industry where my main focus became the guests' experience. Throughout the years, I held several Management positions in Table Games, Marketing, and Slots and had the opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest people in the casino industry. My management style has been molded by formal education, corporate training, and valuable work experience with world-class companies, including Caesars Entertainment, Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Hyatt, Carnival Cruise Lines, and Casino Niagara to name a few. Currently, I work for Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited (GCE) as Guest Service Manager. With GCE I'm part of a team that operates two separate casinos and I provide input, analysis, and implementation measures for Marketing, Table Games, and Slots. My role as Guest Service Manager places me in the front lines of customer service and employee support. My goal is to create exceptional guest experiences by providing employees the tools and support they need to create their own success.
