CurrentDesigned and implemented a manufacturing process management SPA Web application using a Java/Spring back end communicating with a YUI based JavaScript frontend via REST calls. Designed extension API to integrate customer specific customizations with our core product. Developed CI pipeline using Maven, Jenkins pipeline scripts, Powershell, and batch scripting to automate the build, testing, and release processes resulting in a significant decrease in the development feedback loop duration. Migrated our multi-module Maven project to Spring Boot which boosted developer productivity by significantly reducing application startup time by leveraging an embedded Tomcat instance. Designed and built migrations to transform and import data from end-of-life legacy systems providing a trouble free implementation experience for our customers. Designed and built core product extensions providing seamless bi-directional integration with pre-existing ERP systems. Designed and built a product installation API which allows customers to easily perform installations and upgrades with minimal support while helping transition to a continuous deployment build process.
