Ceo - Director Of OperationsMutha Fm Nov 2014 - May 2024Cape Town Area, South AfricaI was the founder of Mutha FM, and became the Director in 2014, and held this position for just under 10 years, overseeing all operations, from Broadcasting, Programing, Technical, Audio Production, Branding, Marketing, Finances, on boarding artists, Training DJ's, Social Media and implementing new and inventive systems for online streaming and media. When I stepped into the Directors roll at Mutha FM, I saw the opportunity to take the platform to the next level and introducer new systems and way of streaming in the digital space, to run the network efficiently and to the high broadcast standard I felt was required as South Africa's first internet streaming media platform. My time at the station was magical, but a lot of hard work as we were breaking ground first in digital online areas at that time. Once the systems were in place and all working like clockwork, it was time to pass the creative batten onto the next generation. -
