Responsible for managing IDIQ projects requested by the government for execution. Projects range in cost up to $4 million and encompass all facets of construction work and maintenance repairs. Project Manage a number of projects within the IDIQ program including planning, scheduling, and executing the work. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Monitor project completion from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and cost projections. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Perform routine inspections on high pressure process piping systems and ground based pressure vessels based on government inspection standards and ASME B31 standards of pressure piping among various facilities and wind tunnels. Use of a borescope/videoscope and other specialized equipment to help identify and troubleshoot problems with various system components. Develop yearly engineering inspection plans, update high pressure system technical documentation, field identification and verification of complex systems components and configurations to assist with preventative maintenance. Develop isometric sketches of piping systems or pressure vessels using AutoCAD to reflect changes in system configuration, develop isometric piping weld map drawings to reflect changes in system configuration and maintaining individual pressure system documentation in hard copy and electronic format. Significant time is spent in active test facilities and laboratories. Use of extensive resources to located manufacturer product and equipment information, drawings, engineering interpretation sheets and/or schematics. Passed a company provided "High Worker" physical examination. Attended NASA provided training and successfully passed examinations to qualify as a Radiation Field Monitor. Contract Field Designer. Converted AutoCAD drawings into as-built master drawings. Maintained project organization and structure. Months of field experience with nitrogen suppressing systems, explosive ink toner cartridge crushing and material separation systems. Use of Autodesk Desktop Mechanical to compose 2D section views along with but not limited to general arrangement drawings.

2D AutoPLANT Lead Designer/Administrator (AutoCAD2006, AutoCAD2007, AutoCAD 2008, AutoPLANT P&ID v8.01, v8.06, v8.09), drafting and layout of P&ID's and PFD's from engineering sketches into "intelligent" 2D piping models. Additional task include but are not limited to equipment layouts, outline drawings, and overall facility and site plans. Training of numerous team-members, including new hires, on various software applications such as AutoPLANT P&ID, Data Manager, Microsoft Access 2003 and Project Administrator. Developing the Design Departments Standards and Procedures Manual. Administered multiple projects to keep the integrity and quality of the final product. Involved in the Bentley 2006 and 2007 BE Conference to further my experience and stay on track with future software updates and releases.
