Under direction from Delicato's winemaking team, worked on every level of winemaking from receiving grapes, processing into wines, daily tasting, and barreling wine in a state of the art facility. Developed System Operating Procedures for safe and efficient use of machinery and cleaning. Operated heavy machinery, processed 800 tons of high end grapes from Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley, Monterey, and Lodi.

Blenheim, New Zealand

Day to day processing of wine grapes in large modern winery. Daily cleaning and inspections of equipment to maximize efficiency of machinery and work in a safe environment. Worked with a diverse team composed of people from around the world.

Sonoma Valley

Scouted 1,500 acres of vineyards for pests, pathogens and growth stages. Daily reports sent to PCA's about vineyards. Participated in data collection of research trials in fertilizer, and pesticide trials in rice, tomatoes, almonds, walnuts, and vineyards.
