Reported to team manager and department supervisors and handle multi-lingual inbound calls and emails from Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, U.K., and South East Asian countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, etc. Answer customers’ enquiries, convert them into bookings, cross-sell car insurance, manage current bookings, provide professional advise to customer service cases, translate important documents from and into English, and also make outbound calls to suppliers and customers for administrative purpose and to convert quotes into bookings.
