IT Application Administration, Web Development, Business Analysis, Project Management, Customer Support, Training:Provide administrative software configuration, data and feature integration, technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for the USNH Enterprise IT Service Management and PPM application, TeamDynamix (Service Portal, Support requests, Incident and Problem Management, IT Asset Management, Knowledge Base, Reporting, Ticketing, Workflow, and Automation).Manage application software installation, upgrades, maintenance, and configurations.
