Report to the Group Marketing Manager and serve as strategic upstream project coordinator. I am responsible for marketing processes including but not limited to: physician education, sales support programs, and referral development. I have a strong hand in physician training and have successfully implemented a paperless process that has helped AtriCure train over 700 surgeons in the last 15 months. With a high level of understanding for the industry and market I effectively fulfill Field Representative and Physician needs. My responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Create: Quick Reference Guides, Physician Training Course content - Process Manager of: Physician Training, Physician Practice Development through a leading webpage.- Preparing documentation for approval

Effectively Create: Product Marketing documentation that include but are not limited to Presetations, Reference Guides, Manuals, Promotional Documents, and Advertisments.Continuing to aid in Clinical Education program mandated by the FDA. Using critical thinking skills in order to implement unique ideas to further the AtriCure product as well as making the AtriCure name a stand alone name in the cardiac surgical device market with a focus on Atrial Fibrillation.

Coordinate the trainings of cardiac surgeons in order to better their knowledge on AtriCure's surgical ablation products and the procedures that best suit them.Continuously improving the AtriCure Marketing Materials as well as Training Process in order to better suit the needs of our customer.

Generating new marketing materials as well as revising old material for new releases.Readying documents for approval. Effectively working with my co-workers to further the AtriCure name as well as the AtriCure product.

Effectively work with colleagues to have a better understanding of motors, then use that information to produce well thought out marketing materials such as reports, powerpoints, and presentations.
