Paradigm Foods is a recently established Meat supply chain, sales and marketing company, and forms the meat division of the parent company, Australian Rural Exports (Austrex). Our mission is to create a new standard in the way meat supply chain partnerships are developed in Australia and around the world. We build transparent relationships with our producer base, processors and customers allowing us to create partnerships that are mutually beneficial to all parties in the supply chain.

Experience:· Managed and drove the sales of all beef, hides, offals, and by-products produced at Bindaree Beef. This includes the sales of 800MT per week of beef primals (inc Trim) and 200MT of retail ready products.· Managed a team of 6 direct reports all responsible for the key account management of aligned partner companies.· Responsible for building a bottom up customer model which allowed for in-depth analysis of the sales and marketing business (S&M). This formed the foundations of the 5-year S&M strategy built in conjunction with the Head of Marketing.· Fronted strategy pitch to BBG Board and Senior Executive – gaining sign off for the newly developed consumer insight led marketing model and key account management focussed sales team.· Restructured the sales team to align under the new sales channels created through the strategy – including Retail, Wholesale and Manufacturing (RWM).· Helped drive integration of feedlot, abattoir and S&M to create an aligned supply chain.· Member of the Sanger Australia leadership team and the BBG Senior Managers team.· Shareholder of Sanger Australia and then the merged Group Yolarno (trading as BBG). Key Achievements:· Developed the initial Bindaree “Kill Plan” that was integral to allowing the business to transfer from a push model to a program oriented business focussed on the customer.· Saw BBGs largest customer grow from 100MT to 180MT per week of retail ready products. This included growth in the core range of products and also the introduction of newly developed value added products. · Initiated key relationships with various retailers across SE Asia, China and Japan. This resulted in vendor branded retail ready products being sold across the region. · Integral team member involved in the recent capital raising event including pitches and presentations of strategy. Ultimate result was the execution of a deal that saw a Chinese consortium purchase a 51% stake in the group.
