­- Onboarding/offboarding user accounts in Active Directory, and other accounts pertaining to responsibilities per department­- Document changes at corporate site.­- Deploy/decommission hardware, desktops, laptops, networking equipment, VOIP phones, etc­Test and upgrade cables, and modules and RMA items accordingly if needed­- Update software and firmware for equipment like laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, camera systems, or anything pertaining to the office or end users.­- Monitor and respond to SNMP network monitoring alerts when on call.­- Configure VLANs, ports, and change configurations on cisco core switch when needed­- Configure Printers and Print Server as well as their static IPs and configurations according to department.­- Set up and configure DHCP, reserve static IPs on Sonic Walls­- Set up VPN profiles on sophos­- Deploy and utilize remote management with Ninja RMM, TeamViewer, Teams, or LogMeIn software­- Create snapshots in VMware and update, upgrade or reboot servers after hours as needed.- ­Work along side with the security team to engage in incident and response investigations.

­-Data Center operations that include racking servers and networking equipment, updating firmware and uploading configurations.­- Document changes in the data center and corporate sites.­- Deploy or decommission hardware in the data center and at corporate sites.­- Test equipment, cables, and modules and RMA items accordingly if needed­- Update Juniper firmware, load and test configurations and make changes to configurations if needed.­- Monitor and update integrated lights out (ILO) on 148 hosts.
