Answering calls, mailbox management, raising tickets and constant contact with the service engineers using all MS programme and “ConnectWise” to manage the work.

Direct to the consumer sales. Cold calling and visiting existing and potential customers in their own homes to conduct Wine tastings, sometimes 1-1 sometimes parties of up to 25. The wines were mainly European or international.

Reporting to the Managing Director and with 8 staff reporting to me. I manage all daily activities to support the business including customer service, systems support, billing and programming, sales and marketing, website and strategy. The business is an ISP of ADSL, landline, and VoIP technologies nationally across Australia. Also I have been tasked with a re-launch of a local business initiative along the same lines, for which I am also the GM.

Reporting in to the Portal Programme Manager working to both BTWholesale and Global Services customers to manage both IT infrastructure and portal based projects. Managing concurrent Regulatory and business projects across multi disciplines to deliver change to BT. I was managing virtual teams sometimes 60 strong across continents (India/America/UK) and using Prince2, Agile and GDPM methodologies.

working at a senior level in the organisation I was exposed to many different projects in many areas. All projects were conducted for the Vodafone Business Development area and were focused on delivering fundamental changes, touching many employees and sometimes our whole customer base through IT and business process change. I have had the opportunity to work with Directors and board members. The training I have taken to date puts me in a good position to deliver projects with diligence and some style. My portfolio of work included changes to the whole customer base (13 million), marketing processes and the corporate strategic planning.

I joined the Millennium Programme Team, working to make Vodafone UK, Y2K compliant.Correlation of data and production of spreadsheets to show all owned assets and their compliance status within Vodafone. Mapping of all assets into a database, which I designed and built. Asset collection process was complicated and involved audit of cross Vodafone assets. Designed, built and maintained the Millennium intranet site. Project reporting once every three weeks to board level Directors.
