Project Management Intern
CurrentIn this role, I worked closely with the Project Manager to gain hands-on experience in project management practices and methodologies. We met weekly to discuss ongoing projects, review different project management methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall), and address real-world project challenges. These meetings provided insight into strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and effective team management.Throughout the internship, I actively followed situational projects, where I observed and participated in various phases, from planning and execution to monitoring and closing. This hands-on experience allowed me to build a strong foundation in project management, understand the complexities of leading teams, and develop key skills in time management, communication, and resource allocation.
