In this role, I worked closely with the Project Manager to gain hands-on experience in project management practices and methodologies. We met weekly to discuss ongoing projects, review different project management methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall), and address real-world project challenges. These meetings provided insight into strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and effective team management.Throughout the internship, I actively followed situational projects, where I observed and participated in various phases, from planning and execution to monitoring and closing. This hands-on experience allowed me to build a strong foundation in project management, understand the complexities of leading teams, and develop key skills in time management, communication, and resource allocation.

As a key member of the decorative curbing team, I played a hands-on role in delivering high-quality landscape curbing services from start to finish. My responsibilities included everything from assisting with client quotes to the final touches on curbing installations, ensuring every project met both customer expectations and company standards of excellence.
