Nick Troiano, the CEO of Cadent, an advanced TV advertising company, has over 25 years in executive management and leadership roles at the intersection of technology, media, and advertising. He has played a pivotal role in advancing the fusion of technology and media, with a track record of successfully raising over $1.5 billion in investment capital through private equity (PE) and debt instruments. Troiano has also steered the growth and successful sale of three advertising and technology companies.His most recent accomplishment at Cadent includes orchestrating the acquisition of two technology firms and securing a new debt facility, culminating in the successful sale of Cadent to Novacap, a Canadian private equity fund with assets under management exceeding $8 billion, in August 2023.In 2018, Troiano played a key role in the consolidation of Cross MediaWorks, Cadent Network, Cadent Technology, and one2one media into a unified advanced TV platform known as Cadent.
