This role includes working one-on-one with individuals with severe mental health issues in a case management context. Significant impacts I have made in this role:• Conducted training needs analysis (TNA) that highlighted a way to improve employee knowledge and skills through leveraging internal expertise. This approach had zero cost, which is crucial in the non-for-profit sector. • Re-designed the on-boarding process to improve the transfer of role critical skills to new hires.

This role included working with between 12-15 individual clients with severe mental health issues. Throughout my time in this role I gained invaluable experience in dealing with people, significant knowledge about human behaviour and mental health. I also learnt to work autonomously and most importantly I gained professional experience in Psychology.
