Having the privilege of working in the PV industry for over a decade is one of my most significant accomplishments. It is an industry filled with opportunities, challenging problems to solve, and the hardest-working people I've ever collaborated with. As a military veteran, the workforce composition of other highly skilled and qualified veterans is a point of pride. As a manager, I commit to hiring more veterans as the industry grows.As a dedicated customer care professional for Shoals Technologies Group, I aim to ensure the best possible product experience. I am a servant at heart and in practice, so the welfare and morale of the teams I work with are perpetually at the center of my actions. I've worked for inverter and battery storage manufacturers in service and engineering roles, and venturing into the world of electrical balance of systems puts my previous experience to great use. I am fortunate to be a part of the team at Shoals and look forward to continually serving our customers and team members.
