FA qualified Level 1 Football Coach

In this job role, I supervise the running of games for Megazone Derby. This includes important time keeping, facing hundreds of customers a day (including children and adults), fixing broken equipment, and ensuring the safety of all those who play and use our product.Other duties for myself include working on reception, where I am the first point of call for customers. This can be face to face, over the phone or via email. Money handling is very important, taking customer payments and ensuring all money is put through the correct systems. I also have to ensure all staff are carrying out there jobs correctly, and if not, show them where they are going wrong, and encourage them to do the correct things.

In this job role, I am responsible for the supervision, and first steps of learning for children aged between 2, to 4 years old. I am DBS checked, and hold First Aid certification, and a Food Hygiene qualification. I have also gained:NVQ Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce, in December 2014.Every member of staff has 'key-worker' children, where we are responsible for the progress reports of our designated children. Day to day tasks include setting up the working environment every morning and putting it away at the end of the day, playing with the children whilst ensuring they learn from their experiences, and anything of note a child does, gets written down for that child's key-worker.

In my time with Pearson in Practice ATA, I studied for an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in IT, Software, Web and Telecoms Professionals qualification, in the sector for Business and Information Technology. Official pass date of the 27th June, 2012. Involved with this qualification were units on working in the industry, IT fault diagnosis and remedy, setting up a network, Computer maintenance, technical support, the impact of IT on businesses, and installing and upgrading software.I also gained standalone qualifications, including:CompTIA A+ (now expired)Microsoft Windows Operating System FundamentalsMicrosoft Networking Fundamentals.Also, I went on a 10 week placement with Hollister Limited, working on their IT helpdesk as 1st line support. During my time, I would help clients with IT problems, log the calls made into the systems, escalate problems where appropriate, and manage old hardware, and send out new where needed. Unfortunately, there wasn't a job opening at the end of my placement, and the apprenticeship was completed.
