As a Lease Consultant I helped the Account Developer with all operational tasks. From setting up relationships in the systems to creating and setting up online modules for our customers. As an internal sales representative, I was the first point of contact for all day-to-day questions from our customer regarding their fleet.In my role as Lease Consultant I was involved with both national and international relations of Alphabet. In addition to supporting the Account Developer, my focus was on generating leads for the company. My methodes included developing and using marketing campaigns, LinkedIn and cold acquisition channels.

During my time in Madrid, working for Parclick, I did research on how to increase their customer retention rate both domestically (Spain) and internationally. This research was part of my dissertation for my university in the Netherlands. In 2017 the Dutch market was still in the pre-mature phase for the company. I helped writing unique and creative content as well as setting up appointments for their Dutch Account Developer. This gave me a better understanding about a variety of disciplines such as marketing and business development in an international environment.

Their purpose it to provide an international experience for (under) graduates of vocational education to boost their curriculum vitae and to increase their chances for employment. My role as a consultant for the municipality of Breda, the Netherlands, was to look at the city its position within the European network and provide advice and a plan of action to be even more involved within this amazing network.
