I work at a small ice cream shop that is in a small but booming town of tourists. The business is very busy over the summer. Being a manager, I developed strong leadership skills. Also working with hundreds of customers per day, I have developed strong communication skills. Talking to people is a must at Scoops, but doing it so often in my journalistic career and at Simply Scoops, it is not a problem at all.
