- Implemented a Storage Rebalance Plan to spread out the performance load from single node to remaining nodes in a 4-Node cluster ensuring uninterrupted operation of business units and connected hosts followed best practices regarding configuration and connectivity. - Oversaw multiple migrations from older 7mode NetApp hardware to new NetApp Clusters, installation and configuration of New Clusters as well as hardware upgrades. - Managed and implemented storage aspect of McAfee Antivirus scan engine on NetApp Clustered ONTAP, identifying underlying issues and providing a path to correct them.- Worked closely with internal customer to implement FC, iSCSI, NFS, and SMB protocols to general windows users, Hyper-V hosts, VMware hosts, and various UNIX and AIX instances ensuring adherence to NetApp best practices where appropriate. - Acted as Expert resource to storage admins; provided guidance and answered general questions regarding NetApp ONTAP and protocol access. First level of support for storage related issues.

- Onsite resource during hardware refresh acting as first level responder during and after migration of data between old and new NetApp controllers.- Predominantly EMC environment. NetApp V-Series hardware allowing the backend NetApp disks to be EMC provided LUNs. NetApp controllers served NFS to very large Linux environment.- Worked with onsite admins to implement automated NetApp DR scripts which reduced the storage site failover to under 5 minutes.- Provided customized documentation and established basic best practices for normal operating procedures in NetApp environment (i.e, aggregate growth, volume creation, export management, etc.)
