I am naturally curious in wanting to understand the why rather than the what that makes something work (or not work). This analytical approach, focusing on finding the underlying principles, processes and trends, is driven by a desire to design things to be better.My curiosity makes me flexible and adaptable and as a Programme Manager and Director I have managed a broad range of projects across several different sectors. Laterally I have focused on leading large scale, complex business transformation programmes with a significant IT element and associated system migration and change management issues. I am passionate about wanting to help companies, their people and customers adopt evolving technologies in a human and positive way. With skills and experience gained in over 20 years of management both as a line manager and in matrix organisations I have a leadership style that gives clarity and confidence to both teams and stakeholders in how we can collectively best reach the milestones we have set.
