Nick is an experienced IT Operations Leader who understands the delivery of IT services and costs ahead of customer expectations. He has considerable P&L and budget-building experience. He has lived and worked in three countries, giving him broad perspective on IT leadership challenges. He is particularly skilled in improving capability, cost-effectiveness and cost allocation through mentoring and remediating teams, and improvements in the Capability Maturity Model (CMM). Nick has a strong track record in developing business relationships with new and established suppliers and clients, managing and repairing complex commercial relationships.Nick has extensive experience in delivering IT outcomes from a commercial / business perspective. Using both internal and external teams, he can create an accurate and appropriate financial budget-forecast model, with cost recovery determined by demand. In more than one role this required transformation of the IT service delivery chain.Since completing a three year transformation of Salmat’s IT capability in 2015, he has been working in interim executive management roles for the Commonwealth Bank and TAL.Nick holds an honours degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Sussex.
