Working as part of a small development team and with the CPO, I was responsible for providing user insight and analysis used to shape LawBite’s legal digital platform that connects lawyers and SMEs. Research included user interviews, surveys, and moderated testing, all of which would be shared amongst key internal stakeholders and used to shape the platform’s digital roadmap and create real business value. As well as providing research, I was also responsible for re-designing the platform, implementing new features, and maintaining its UI by creating a scalable, responsive design system. Additionally, I was also key in redefining their marketing site and collateral, in particular improving conversion on pivotal SME journeys.

Working closely with the CTO and VP I also created hi-fidelity prototypes which would be taken into development and testing.

I was responsible for implementing a clear user centric strategy across multiple agile projects ensuring that the final design is both validated and well researched. My roles focused on understanding client requirements and gathering external stakeholder research through to developing the final user centric solution. During which all work is validated where possible through user testing. As well as leading client workshops and shaping the UX I was also responsible for many project deliverables and activities including stakeholder interviews, IA mapping and persona documents through to creating wireframes, interactive prototypes and visuals.My position at MMT helped shape design processes across the company and develop team members as well as supporting business development by pitching and creating visuals.Clients include Centaur Media, British Gas, Forestry Commission, Network Rail, City Sprint, Alcumus Group, Sovereign, Axelos, ECA International, Apetito, BGL Group

As part of this project Idesigned and presented a variety of concepts to the client as well as provided a final set ofstyle guidelines.
