I am an experienced facilitator helping groups of people to clarify their purpose and the processes they need in order to succeed. My main focus at the moment is helping to roll out the Open Food Network in the UK. I have worked successfully with grassroots local community groups, national and local government and with large national charities such as the National Trust.I have a reputation with my clients for being efficient, highly organised and fun to work with: “it didn’t feel like hard work but we got so much done!”.As a volunteer I was a founder member of Stroud Community Agriculture, Stroudco Food Hub and Local United.My paid work is facilitation of community-led initiatives to build resilience and sustainability. I design and facilitate workshops.I run interactive presentations of the projects I have worked with and am part of. I often integrate these with action-planning workshopsI mentor groups to set up their own projects and train other mentors to do the same.
