Appointed as North America Representative of this Australian government-sponsored global public-private partnership. Mission was to accelerate commercial deployment of Carbon Capture and Storage to mitigate climate change. - Directed development of first North American Strategy and Business Plan providing extra focus for Institute work streams.

Managed project creation and roll out of global climate change strategy. Led corporate engagement with a range of multilateral bodies, NGOs, socially responsible investors, opinion formers, and with governments on projects and policy. Steered enterprise-wide policy development on issues from climate to tax transparency, human rights to sustainability. Directed Stakeholder, Crisis and Policy Teams. Directed Ministers’ teams to ensure effective delivery of policy goals in UK and globally. Led private office on privatization and reform of all forms of energy production, supply and markets, and associated community impacts. Drove initiatives on trade policy and export promotion.
