• Writing policies and procedures for the three assurance programs (BPP,FM,RJC) for the AMC Group entities.• Monitoring, measuring, verifying and reporting the compliance of the various AMC Group entities with the assurance programs. • Assessing the AMC entities on continuously for assured compliance of the assurance programs. • Providing assurance as to the independence and quality of the Independent Verifiers• Ensuring appropriate and timely response in cases of independently verified material breaches of the BPPs.• building management capacity in the AMC entities to optimize compliance with BPPs and address issues responsibly.• assuring compliance with the assurance programs in accordance with legal obligations and commitments and norms of good governance and business ethics;• Providing input to the ongoing AMC Group risk management process
