I manage the provision of advice, guidance and employment skills to adults in the Leeds City region area, especially Bradford. This includes the National Careers Service, programmes for older people (50+) and special programmes to engage graduates and young people in informal business. I'm also managing our Aspire2work programme on an interim basis. Regionally I lead on marketing and telephony for Careers Yorkshire & the Humber, the National Careers Service Prime Contractor for the region. I'm proud to work for Aspire-i, changing lives for the better through learning and work, and established and manage the Aspire-i Community Fund which reinvests our surplus in local community organisations

I supervise delivery of the Shine service to young people throughout the region and have responsibility for projects running to help older people (50+) in the job market, people from disadvantaged BME backgrounds and unemployed graduates.
