Responsible for overseeing and managing all of the customers requiring use of the test track facilities. These customers consist of internal departments or external organizations, such as event management organisations, vehicle manufacturers of suppliers, and even film crews making car programs, advertisements, documentaries or feature films.Ensuring total customer satisfaction through delivery of a first class service by myself and my staff group.Responsible for the complete financial chain, from setting targets & annual budgets, administration, cost control, customer invoicing and financial report generation.Maintaining the excellent levels of safety of the test track users, through –- Interpretation and application of HSE legislation;- Understanding, accepting and interpreting risk assessments and impact analysis;- Auditing to ensure compliance with the HSE management system & control measures;Sitting on “global Expert Teams”, developing global standards in testing, development and safety for use in all other Proving Grounds around the world.

The customers consist of internal departments as well as external organizations, such as vehicle manufacturers or suppliers, technology solution providers, media and press, event management, driver training, and film production, producing car programs, advertisements, documentaries or feature films.• Maintaining the excellent levels of health and safety of the test track users;• Ensuring total customer satisfaction through delivery of a first-class service from myself and my staff groups.• Management of the site security group• Responsible for the complete financial chain, from setting targets & annual budgets, administration, cost control, customer invoicing and financial report generation;• Sitting on Global Expert Teams, developing global standards in testing, development and safety for use in all General Motors Proving Grounds around the world.

Reporting to board level, I developed a complete site safety strategy from the ground up. Stating with the statement of intent, compiling safety specific procedure, obtaining board agreement, and them implementing them throughout the 500+ workforce, through information, instruction and training. The main aspects involved development of risk assessments, COSHH, hot work, workplace equipment, accident/incident investigation, and safe driving policies and procedures.In addition I was responsible for directly managing the busy site Security Department. Security is one of the highest priorities as Millbrook test and develop pre-released prototype products. I had responsibility to ensure adherence to the very highest standards of security, ensuring the huge number of annual visitors (60,000 + per year) were processed efficiently, securely and safely.
