I consider myself a diamond in the rough. I am an agile marketing leader born out of burnt ad dollars on thousands of valuable tests to the benefit of CompanyCam’s new revenue goals from its first 50 customers to its current $355M+ valuation, a sales lead quality percentage of (yes, really) 82%, and an overall increase in annual-recurring-revenue (ARR) by 101% this past year alone.When I started, I was employee number 13. We have 200+ more full-time employees onboard today.I’m incredibly proud to serve the contractors of North America. They’re the hardest working among us — they want to grow, to lessen the pain of their day-to-day, and CompanyCam is making their work lives easier and their personal lives more wealthy.Not everyone believes in the product, nor can everyone see the value in it. There are thousands of products out there in the market that don’t have their customers’ best interests in mind, so I don’t blame them for being cautious.When the day comes that I step away from this company, I will do so with great confidence that I did everything I could to solve people’s problems. Some of our customers consider what our software does to be life-changing — for the better — and I’m so grateful to have been here and to have made a positive impact on the world.From here, in the short term, my goal is to become the industry's foremost authority on marketing construction intelligence. I see myself perhaps filling this role today, especially given CompanyCam's recent achievement of reaching one billion photos stored securely. This milestone represents a vast dataset that can be harnessed to optimize any business. These data points are a valuable resource that can be leveraged to generate new revenue and uncover your most refined ideal customer persona as you expand into new markets.I believe myself to be an innovator in harnessing marketing metrics to inform on product, sales enablement, and market expansion in the construction intelligence space.
