carried a range of building and renovating works in the social housing sector.Whilst quoting and carrying out for works in the private/domestic and care sectors.

Carrying out reactive,pre planned maintenance whilst being 1st line support for 14 (at peak) direct employed mobile engineers across the UK.Building a training matrix, helping fix IT issues, dealing with time sheets, managing the engineers workload whilst managing mine.Meeting clients carrying out audits on engineers and sub contractors. Dealing with complaints and offering resolution. Running sites and snag new build properties for McGoff Consrtuction.Also in this role I worked for 8 months as an estimator / Small works manager on carehomes/Coop and other contracts. meeting with contractors,measuring and pricing works upto £500,000.Managing a team of 3 in quotation department.
