Succesful large business wins in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Multiple speaking lots at conferences and in the local and global press with TV slots on BBC and CNN. Had relationship management responsibility for significant global and regional relationships with Clients in across India, Brunei, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore with offices / operations in each except Indonesia. Responsible for Regulatory relationships in the region. Owned strategic regional initiatives such as Self Custody, Collectives servicing and Wealth Management servicing. As head of the branch, I was responsible for turning around an operation from a cultural standpoint, the highlight being significantly improved engagement scores.
