• Developed Financial Training Power Point presentation and trained over 150 field personnel in the last two years to provide them with necessary financial tools to manage their branch operations.
• Implemented rental rate management process that led to a rate increase of 21.3% (additional $10.3M rental revenue) for the Central Valley District in 2004 that put the district in 3rd place for the company.
• Researched and completed a region wide project that led to instituting an environmental fee to be charged to customers that eventually became a company wide policy.
