My core objective at CopperSmith is to ensure the production process runs smoothly for both our customers and suppliers. My team and I manage each project to ensure that the scope is clear, schedules are adhered to, and suppliers are capable of handling each unique design. Since each final product is often the centerpiece in a customer’s home, I spare no detail in our quality control review process. As the VP of Production, I continue to challenge our network of artisans with creating novel designs so that we can deliver beautiful custom pieces to each and every customer. Acting as the intermediary between homeowners/ interior designers/ architects / contractors and manufacturers from around the world has given me the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently to keep all parties on the same page. It’s through clear communication and rigorous processes that excellent work gets done.
