I am a passionate chef with 19 years of experience. I love being in a kitchen and creating lasting memories though food. I have been fortunate in my career to work at some amazing properties and have surrounded myself with some of the best products available. I love cooking from scratch and working with a dynamic group of professionals. Through my culinary journey I discovered the world of wine. I passed both the Certified Sommelier and WSET 3 certifications. I trained under a Master Sommelier who sharpened my taste buds and wine pairing skills. I look forward to sharing my passion and knowledge in Food and Beverage with those who share the same passion as I do.
