The Banquet Kitchen also prepares food and drinks for Ritz-Cafe, Club Lounge, and TOCA during Saturday & Sunday all you can eat brunch buffet. On top of that, the Banquet Kitchen is responsible for the preparation of food provided to professional sports teams during their stay at the hotel. Daily tasks include stocking and rotating inventory, preparing and cooking food according to recipes, and following safety and sanitation procedures.
