Observe day to day activities on the jobsite for compliance with safe work requirements, company policy and Occ. Health & Safety Act requirements, and promptly communicate with supervisors and workers as necessary to address potential concerns;   Participate in the development and on-going review of the project Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) with Project Team and company Safety Officer;Weekly, meet with the Project Team to review the project JHA; update the JHA as may be necessary to ensure work activities addressed by the project JHA;  Assist the Safety Department in the collection and review of  subcontractor documents required under the Safety Program (JHAs, SWPs, worker training records, etc.);Meet and review the requirements of the company Safety Program with company and subcontractor supervisors;Confirm pre-work requirements under the company Safety Planare satisfied by company and sub-contractor workers, before work commences;Conduct New Worker SafetyOrientation and verify workers have completed applicable job specific training;Identify and coordinate safety training requirements, as needed for job specific activities;Daily, oversee completion of mandatory Safe Start Reviews by all workers, as required under the company Safety Plan;Weekly, conduct Site Inspections(SI) for work performed by BECL;  oversee performance of weekly site inspections conducted by sub-contractor supervisors of their respective work areas; review all SI records and promptly initiate follow up action as required;Weekly, coordinate and/or Deliver Tool Box Talks for company and subcontractor workers; collect and review records;As due, promptly deliver all records of performance required under the company Safety Plan to the Safety Department.
