I am the Principal of Quantam TSA, a Chartered Accountancy firm located in the Hills' Business District, Sydney. We offer professional and tailored accounting, taxation and advisory services to business owners and executives. In addition, we have successfully represented our clients in a number of arbitrations and negotiations, particularly against the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and Revenue NSW (the Office of State Revenue).We offer business advisory and strategic planning services for business owners, assisting in business acquisitions and due diligence for buyers. We also offer advice and assistance in the undertaking of business sales, including valuations and negotiations on behalf of our clients. We have facilitated the purchase, building and construction of over $100 million worth of commercial property, with our other areas of expertise including property and development analysis. We also organise funding for my clients, particularly through the use of superannuation and trust structures. This is in conjunction with our services pertaining to commercial property syndication, for which we have facilitated over 10 commercial acquisitions, one of which was valued at $50 million.
