Manage product set delivery with 150+ members, including but not limited to: - Rebuild the communication mechanism with business stakeholders, coordinate / manage the business demands from multiple departments. - From - 1 to 1, establish customized Agile management SOP + tools on department level, implement the agile transformation among 150 + members. - Day to day program management in scrum of scrums mode; - Coordinate / Manage external suppliers, during the whole process from bidding to final delivery; - Communication, coordination and reporting among various departments; - Stuff Training and Team Building;
