Part of the in house IT department. Helped in all aspects of the IT side of the business. Worked in a team to maintain the network and to repair any downed areas as quickly as possible. Performed routine maintenance on computers running MS Windows 10, 7,Vista, XP, Server 2016, and Mac OS X. Setup login credentials for new employees as needed. Provided day one training on how to utilize the point of sale system. Created and maintained Access databases, using MS Office 2016, organizing sale of tours and guide performance. These databases would send automatic updates to appropriate people as conditions were met. Helped install new fiber optic cables between buildings and into the caverns. We also undertook a large scale redo of the network equipment replacing old and faulty devices with new Cisco Meraki gear.

Trained new employees in the way of giving a proper tour of the caverns. Evaluated tour guides to ensure guest satisfaction.Rewrote the training manual and related processes to increase efficiency of training resulting in cutting the time to train by over half.
