As part of our Institutional Client Development team, I am responsible for introducing clients to Wilmington Trust’s institutional investment management, escrow, corporate trust, and other capital markets services. I focus my efforts on serving the financial needs of institutional clients, governmental agencies and authorities, healthcare, higher education, and other large corporate/publicly traded clients, frequently working on large and complex trusts/settlements/QSF’s and M&A/transactional matters. I serve as the Sales Leader for our nationally recognized Large and Complex Trusts business and help to lead the sales efforts for our Institutional Investment Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructuring, Business Escrow/Custody, and Public Finance businesses. Additionally, I work closely with all areas of the bank, and serve as the Global Capital Markets liaison to a variety of M&T Bank divisions including the Delaware, Philadelphia/SNJ, and NYC Commercial Bank/Wealth groups, M&T Bank's Government Banking group, and M&T Bank's Investment Banking group.

Responsible for direct management and oversight of all day-to-day operations of the State Treasurer's Office, to include a staff of 23, an annual operating budget of nearly $400 million dollars (including debt service), defined benefit plans in excess of $500 million dollars, and an investment portfolio of $2+ billion dollars.
